Due to a misunderstanding with the Kaiser billing dept, I lost my health insurance coverage for 2017 and I contacted Ash. He personally spoke to Kaiser several times and helped me fill out forms in order to fix the issue. Ash contacted me on his own this year to review my health insurance plan and advise me as to what I should apply. Ash helped me thru the whole process, in fact, he personally filled in all the forms and ensured that I had the best plan for me and my daughter. I know there is a lot of information out on the internet but it helps to have someone guide you and look out for you. He did not charge me anything for his services.
